In this 8-week series, we explore topics including self awareness, affirmative thinking, purpose, intention, reactivity, and more. We focus on creating balance in six key areas of life and apply practical, neuroscience-based skills and strategies to better manage stress, improve whole-person health, and strengthen both personal and collective resilience. 

Weekly, 30-minute Zoom sessions are an opportunity to recharge and to connect in meaningful and generative ways. Sessions typically include: 

  • Small group check-ins

  • Body-Mind practice

  • Space for individual reflection

  • Group check-out 

Weekly challenges are designed to support incorporating new skills into daily life. They include a variety of activities such as:

  • Self Awareness exercises 

  • Goal-setting 

  • Movement practices

  • And more!


In less than five hours over eight weeks, you'll begin to transform your life.

The suggested fee for the 8-week WellBeing Intensive is $200.00.* We are committed to making this offering accessible to everybody. If the suggested fee causes a financial hardship, pay what you can.
